IngredientsButton mushrooms - 200 gms
Olive oil - 2 tbsp
Unsalted butter - 2 tbsp
Garlic cloves - 2 (finely chopped)
Onions - 2 (sliced)
Parsley - 2 to 3 tsp (chopped)
Salt and pepper to taste or rosemary
Method
Wash the mushrooms and prick with the tip of a knife and leave the mushrooms whole. In a pan heat the oil and add the butter. Allow the butter to melt and then mix in the mushrooms and cook over a medium flame till the mushrooms begin to change color. Add the garlic and onions and cook further for 4 to 5 minutes till the mushrooms are tender and the liquid given out by the mushrooms has been evaporated. Add salt and pepper and the herbs - persley or thyme.
